Knowledge is important to RAVO. This is why we offer training programs at various levels, both online as e-learning, and physically in the specially equipped training area at RAVO or on site. At the RAVO Academy, technicians are trained to maintain RAVO sweepers as well as possible and drivers are trained to use the machines optimally.
But as we all know times have changed and we need to find other ways to meet the needs of our customers. This is why our Academy has created a whole new online environment to train and inform technicians, drivers and sales representatives.
RAVO SPA was the first to receive online certification training on the new electric RAVO 5 eSeries. Equipped with high tech cameras and a chroma key green screen the launch of this new platform was a huge success.
Jeroen Heutenik, Manager FES Academy: Due to COVID-19 and to ensure the safety of our customers we needed to find new ways of training. We set up a complete studio in a matter of weeks. A great team effort as this way of working was totally new to us.
Besides being used as training facility the location will also be used to broadcast Fayat Environmental Solutions dealer meetings, webinars and more.
